Shoutouts is now free

Today I woke up and looked at the numbers... and I decided to make Shoutouts free for everyone. All limits have been removed and you can use it as is for your sites.

The truth is Shoutouts doesn't make that much money — around $100 per year (it used to be more). There was much background thinking on this and where I'd like to go next and which projects should grow. It's still a good chunk of money that pays towards the server — however it won't realistically grow any further. That coupled with delayed payouts until I reach a high threshold just doesn't let me see any of that for at least 8 months.

I think there is room for a product that is just simple and easy to use, without needing for you to pay for it. My other projects support this one, and I feel happier this way.

For everyone that had a subscription — I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! It really means a lot that you have supported my little project and gave it legs early on!

All active subscriptions have been cancelled and won't be renewed. If you ever need to get a hold of your subscription data, please just let me know and I am happy to help.
